Getting Started
Do I need to know Notion to use this template?
You need a basic understanding of Notion to use this template efficiently.
However, if you don’t know Notion but want to use this template, I can help you learn the basics of Notion and show you how to use this system. Those sessions are designed as 1:1 workshops with hands-on practice. They are priced at £100 per hour (for template users only) and include session recordings. Please get in touch for details.
What's included in the setup instructions?
The instructions include:
- The introduction video (as above)
- Information about databases, views, and the dashboard
- Tips on how to use and customise the template
- Recommended percentages for task categories
- Contact information for your questions and support requests
How do I get access after purchase?
Right after purchase, you will receive the link to the template and instructions on how to duplicate it to your Notion workspace. Once you duplicate the template, you can find “Flowspace Dashboard” on your Notion sidebar and start using it immediately.
Features & Customisation
Can I customise the task categories?
Yes! You can customise the task categories based on your business needs and adjust the percentages for each category. Recommended categories and percentages for service-based and product-based businesses are included in the setup instructions.
Can I connect this to my existing projects?
The Flowspace template already includes a project database. You can replace it with your current project database.
However, if you have a project database, I would assume you also have a task database. In that case, I would recommend choosing Flowspace Integration to get support for adding additional features to your existing system. It’s a solution where I add additional features to your current system and build a new dashboard for you that includes everything you need to manage your tasks and time efficiently. It is delivered in 24 hours (following the Discovery Call) and comes with an additional support call that you can use in the next 60 days.
How does the gamified progress tracking work?
For effective tracking, you need to:
- Define your weekly working hours and percentages for each task category.
- Choose the related task category for each task.
- Track time when you work on a task.
As you track time for your task, the minutes will be counted towards your progress in the related category. So you can see your progress across categories.
Please note that this system is designed for weekly analysis, so task categories only show your progress for the current week. If you need further tracking, please choose the option with Support.

- Flowspace Integration is a fully customised solution where we integrate the Flowspace features into your existing task management system in Notion.
